• Once you have sent us your request, we will contact you within the *hour to set your appointment. (*Normal Business Hours)

• Our factory-trained technician will prepare your quote and decide on whether your service will be conducted in home or at our facility. Payment information will be obtained, however, all credit cards and checks will be processed while customer is present. Customers will not be charged until a full diagnostic or service visit has taken place.

• After we have performed a full diagnostic, a technician will contact you and discuss his findings and the estimated parts and labor needed to service your device. Please note that we will not conduct any work without your consent
